Depending on the items in your cart this may or may not be applicable but we want this information to reach all of our customers to avoid misunderstanding.
Hand pulled screen prints
We make small scale production with focus on the craft and workmanship in old school screen printing. this means that the prints can come out slightly different from what you see in the pictures but our tolerance for variations also depends on the effect of the prints. We do not ship faulty garments on purpose but if you think this is the case contact us directly at email@example.com
Water based inks
We only print with water based inks cause we care about the future ot this planet. Its more expensive and harder to print with but they are free from ftalates and PVC so we can sleep well at night. The nature of water based inks is that they don't last forever if you don't take proper care of your garments. We have compiled a few tips and tricks in the section we call care, but the general rule is: wash the garment inside out and in cold water, no warmer than 40°C. Ironing on prints is fine and even suggested if you put a towel between the print and the iron and keep the iron on maximum 150°C (two dots).
Returns in short
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchased goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels.
We will not accept refunds on damaged prints caused by bad laundry skills.
Printed second hand garments are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Garments and accessories with obvious signs of use and, lighters, pins and patches or other items that has been opened or used.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping in short
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
shop.sighyawn.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
shop.sighyawn.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
